使用方法：
直接把补丁覆盖到暗黑2的文件里，然后点Diablo II.exe可进入1.13版本的单机游戏（千万不要点d2loader.exe）若双击注册表，更可进入战网.
1.13的最大亮点就是增加了一个BOSS新事件（有点类似以前的6boss,CD），杀掉5大BOSS后，他们会掉落4个物品。合成后会变成“赦免徽章”，具体还不清楚。新事件可能与下面的东西有关（但我估计这个东西更可能是创造无限洗点用的，不过这个东西目前只限BN，在单机无发出！）
重置技能点
另外一大改进就是可以重置技能点，属性点（方法简单：做act1第一个任务就可以重置了）
另外由于官方禁止地图，所以削弱了怪物，角色的伤害稍有改动。
官网测试国度中，有3个临时可以使用的命令（在說話方格里輸入）：
1) Gold 50000 <<<<<< 金錢要多少打多少
2) Level 99 <<<<<<不用多說吧
3) Waypoints 1 <<<<<< 全WP

Specific changes/improvements
- Respecialization is now possible! Completing the 'Den of Evil' quest will now additionally reward 1 free respec which can be saved. Players who have already completed this quest should receive 1 free respec in Hell difficulty.
